While dealing with the business and headache of 5 classes this quarter, I came across this breath of fresh air while researching the Art Nouveau designer, Victor Horta. As someone who romanticizes the 1920's, I have always been obsessed with Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles. Come to realize, Art Nouveau (characterized by sweeping, organic curves) went out before the 20's, was more related to the Arts and Crafts movement and synonymous with the late 1800's. That said, this staircase is gorgeous. :)
